Service Plans

• Service Agreements provide an on location response within 24 hrs. of initial contact, and if that is not viable, or possible, then telephone response within 2 hours is a minimum expectation.


• Contract rates provide one hour per incident of over the phone technical support @ no additional charge.

  *Virus removal and memory upgrade labor costs are covered under the Platinum Service       Plan only.

Gold

1 year plan


• $105 per computer annually – labor rate of $29.95/ ½ hr (billed in ½ hr increments)

2 year plan


• $105 per computer annually – labor rate of $24.95/ ½ hr (billed in ½ hr increments)

3 year plan


• $105 per computer annually – labor rate of $19.95/ ½ hr (billed in ½ hr increments)

  *Under the Gold Service Plan a reduced labor charge of $29.95/computer for virus removal,       and $19.95/computer for memory upgrades applies.




Standard

• Labor rate of $39.95/ ½ hr (minimum 1 hr, billed in ½ hr. increments)



• Virus Removal per computer          P/U & Del. - $74.95      Remote - $89.95
  Memory Upgrade per computer      On-Site - $39.95
